一、條款與服務
本條款適用於您使用 Pasar 網站、帳號、交易、點數、直播及相關服務。建立帳號或使用服務即表示同意本條款及平台公告的適用政策。未成年人應由法定代理人同意後使用。
二、帳號責任
您應提供正確資料、妥善保管登入資訊，並對帳號活動負責。發現未授權使用應立即通知。平台得為安全、違規調查或法令要求限制帳號功能。
三、交易與價格
商品資訊、庫存、優惠及運費以結帳時平台確認結果為準。訂單成立仍可能因付款失敗、缺貨、價格或系統錯誤而取消；已收款項將依付款方式辦理退款。賣家應依法提供真實資訊、交付商品並負擔其商品或服務責任。
四、付款與履約保障
交易款項得由平台或合作付款業者代收。符合交易條件前，款項列為待撥；買家確認收貨、約定期間屆滿或爭議處理完成後，再依規則撥付賣家。代收與待撥機制不取代買賣雙方依法應負責任。
五、禁止行為
不得刊登違法、侵權、仿冒、危險或誤導內容；不得詐欺、洗錢、操縱交易或評價、侵入系統、規避費用、騷擾他人，或以服務從事違法活動。平台得下架內容、取消交易、限制帳號並依法通報。
六、智慧財產與服務變更
平台程式、商標、版面及內容受法律保護。您保有自行上傳內容的權利，並授權平台於營運、宣傳及履約所需範圍使用。平台可能合理調整功能或條款；重大變更將以適當方式公告。
七、責任、準據法與聯絡
平台將以合理方式維護服務，但不保證服務永不中斷。責任限制不影響法律不得排除的消費者權利。本條款以中華民國法律為準據法；爭議得先聯絡 info@sainso-tech.com 協調，並依消費者保護法及民事訴訟法處理。

1. Service and accounts
These terms govern Pasar accounts, marketplace transactions, points, live features, and related services. Keep account information accurate and credentials secure.
2. Transactions
Product information, stock, discounts, and shipping are confirmed at checkout. Orders may be cancelled for failed payment, stock, pricing, or system errors; collected funds will be refunded through the applicable channel.
3. Payment and fulfillment
Pasar or a payment partner may collect funds. Seller proceeds remain pending until receipt confirmation, the agreed period, or dispute resolution. This mechanism does not replace either party's legal obligations.
4. Prohibited conduct
Illegal, infringing, counterfeit, dangerous, deceptive, fraudulent, manipulative, abusive, or security-compromising conduct is prohibited. Pasar may remove content, cancel transactions, restrict accounts, or report conduct as required.
5. Law and contact
